WHO ARE WE?

TALIA PASCOE
I am a long serving member of the club and have been competing in Calisthenics for over 30 years. I am a current member of the Masters team and am Assistant Coach for the Competitive Tinies Team 1. I have a daughter in Non Competitive Tinies and my mum is a costume maker for the club. Calisthenics is a true love of mine and my families and I am so thankful of the opportunities it has provided me and how it has helped shape the woman I am today. Being able to volunteer time to the wellbeing and safety of our members is just one way I enjoy giving back to the sport that has given me so much.

In my professional life I hold qualifications in psychology and social work and enjoy working in the Community Services sector. I have always had a passion for wellbeing and healthy mental health and believe involvement in sport, and particularly calisthenics can help foster this as it can create a positive and creative outlet for members. I look forward to working with all members on an ongoing basis during class to ensure maximum levels of wellbeing are being achieved and assisting those who may be experiencing difficulties in life in a more one on one basis to offer support and education.
